About the position

The position involves working as a Property Preservation & REO contractor in the Erie, Venango, & Crawford, Warren County area, focusing on maintaining and preserving FHA/HUD properties. The contractor will handle a variety of tasks related to property maintenance and preservation, ensuring properties are kept in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform lock changes on properties.
• Conduct debris removal from properties.
• Carry out small to major roofing works as needed.
• Execute mold remediation tasks.
• Manage landscaping and property upkeep.
• Trim trees and manage overgrowth.
• Provide seasonal grass cutting and snow removal services.

Requirements

• Experience in property preservation and maintenance.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks related to property upkeep.
• Knowledge of FHA/HUD property requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with roofing and mold remediation.
• Familiarity with landscaping and tree trimming.
