Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain one.
- BLS certification.
- Completion of Core Mandatory Part I, II, and III Exams.
- Education Attestation and LTC RN Skills Checklist.
- RN Pharmacology Exam.
