About The Position
The Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Coordination Program Manager at BCIL is responsible for overseeing the LTSS Coordination team, which assists individuals with disabilities in OneCare health plans. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, facilitating team meetings, supervising staff, and maintaining a consumer caseload to help clients maximize their independence and well-being.
