About the position

The Long Term Substitute Spanish Teacher position at Sauk Prairie High School is designed for an energetic and student-centered educator to fill in for a regular teacher. This role is temporary and is expected to last from February 24, 2025, through May 27, 2025. The teacher will be part of the World Languages Department, contributing to a comprehensive educational program for high school students in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish language classes to high school students.
• Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Utilize technology to enhance learning and engagement in the classroom.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• WI DPI certification required: 1365 - Spanish.
• Experience in teaching or working with high school students is preferred.
