About the position

Lewiston-Porter Central School District is seeking a long-term substitute Speech Teacher to provide speech services primarily at the High School and Middle School. Responsibilities

• Provide speech services to students at the High School and Middle School.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disabilities.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students' communication needs.
• Assess students' speech and language abilities and progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and services provided.

Requirements

• Valid certification in Speech {6190}, Speech & Hearing Handicapped {9020}, or Speech and Language Disabilities {9021}.
• Experience working with students with speech and language disabilities.
