The role involves working independently on various plumbing tasks across residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of plumbing services including drain cleaning, camera inspections, hydro jetting, and general plumbing repairs.
• Assist with new construction plumbing installations and remodeling projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using specialized tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.
• Maintain service vehicles and tools in good working condition.
• Work independently to manage daily schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing or a related field.
• Basic plumbing skills are essential; advanced plumbing skills or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with drain cleaning, camera inspections, and hydro jetting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on the job.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
