The Project Coordinator/Support/Proposal Engineer position at our established construction company is a vital role that involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of project proposals and client coordination. This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis, primarily working from the office in the San Fernando Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed proposals that align with client expectations and project requirements. This includes gathering necessary information, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all proposals are submitted in a timely manner. In addition to proposal preparation, the Project Coordinator will coordinate with clients and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution. This role requires a proactive approach to support the company in searching for and winning new projects, which is essential for the growth and success of the organization. The Project Coordinator will report directly to the CEO, providing updates on project statuses and any challenges that may arise during the proposal and coordination processes. Experience with the System for Award Management (SAM) is highly desirable, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to navigate federal contracting processes and requirements. Requirements

  • Must have a College Degree.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
