About the position

This position involves connecting with high-level decision makers such as CEOs and CFOs of companies with 50 or more full-time W2 employees. The role is focused on networking and facilitating introductions to help the company save on FICA taxes and improve employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with CEOs, CFOs, and other high-level decision makers.
• Facilitate introductions between decision makers and the company offering services.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to find potential leads.

Requirements

• Strong networking skills and ability to connect with high-level executives.
• Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in financial services or employee benefits industry.
