About the position

The Executive Assistant and Project Manager will support a dynamic executive engaged in AI, biotechnology, media, and public policy initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain executive exposure and be involved in high-impact projects, including collaboration with Congress and Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and deadlines across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and ensure follow-up on critical tasks.
  • Assist in tracking progress across various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Research, plan, and book travel arrangements for business and personal trips.
  • Manage expense tracking, file organization, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling software.
  • Prior experience supporting a high-performing executive.
