Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and clients to provide updates on maintenance status and timelines.
• Perform trash-out services to prepare properties for sale or occupancy.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Implement winterization procedures to protect properties during colder months.
• Update or replace locks to enhance security for new occupants.
• Clear away unwanted materials from properties, including outdoor spaces.
• Perform regular lawn maintenance to ensure an attractive landscape.
• Clear snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and roofs during winter months.
• Provide janitorial services for common areas and facilities.
• Secure vacant properties by boarding up windows and doors.
• Assess and estimate costs for maintenance or renovation projects.
• Address both minor and major repair needs, ensuring properties are safe and functional.
• Utilize digital tools to document and submit all completed work, enhancing efficiency and accountability.
• Capture clear and detailed photographs of completed work and property conditions.
