About the position
This position is for a Go Go/Burlesque dancer to perform in a one-hour setlist as part of a live music show. The role involves bringing the singer-songwriter's songs to life through artful and sexy dance performances, with costumes provided by the artist. The dancers will rehearse prior to performances and may have opportunities to perform at various venues across California.
Responsibilities
- Perform in a one-hour setlist as a Go Go/Burlesque dancer.
- Participate in rehearsals to ensure choreography and logistics are perfected.
- Promote the performance through personal social media accounts.
- Wear provided costumes, including fishnets and leather BDSM outfits, during performances.
Requirements
- Experience in Go Go dancing or similar performance art.
- Comfortable performing in front of a live audience.
- Ability to wear and perform in costumes provided by the artist.
Nice-to-haves
- Existing social media presence, particularly on Instagram.
- Age between 25-35 years.
Benefits
- Compensation of $150 per hour for performances.
