About the position
We are seeking experienced REO/Property Preservation subcontractors in White Pine and Elko Counties, Nevada. The role involves various property preservation tasks with weekly payouts and a good volume of work available.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial secure and re-secure of properties.
- Conduct REO trash outs.
- Submit bid requests for property work.
- Change locks as needed.
- Winterize properties to prevent damage.
- Perform seasonal grass cutting and landscaping.
- Conduct tree trimming and maintenance.
- Handle trapping and mold remediation tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in property preservation and REO work.
- Familiarity with PPW (Property Preservation Work) software.
- Ability to perform various property maintenance tasks.
