LOOKING FOR SOLAR SUBCONTRACTOR

About the position

Lightyear Solar is seeking a licensed and insured subcontractor to assist with solar installations across California. The role involves managing various solar-related tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. This position offers opportunities for subcontractors to work on full solar installations, service calls, and other related assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform full solar installations
• Install batteries for solar systems
• Conduct service calls including inverter swaps and troubleshooting
• Carry out inspections and site surveys
• Upgrade main electrical panels
• Handle other solar-related assignments as needed

Requirements

• CSLB License # (C-10 or C-46)
• W9 form
• Insurance Certificate Holder
• Subcontractor Agreement
• Minimum of 3 years of solar installation experience

• Experience with drywall repair
• Stucco repair skills
• Roof work experience
• Main panel upgrades
