About the position
Kaykar Consulting is seeking an experienced Land Survey Party Chief or subcontract crew to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction layout and utility as-builts, as well as traditional surveying. This position offers flexibility in employment type, with options for higher hourly rates as a 1099-R employee or a negotiated deal with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction layout and utility as-builts.
- Conduct traditional surveys as needed.
- Lead and manage survey crew activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with surveying standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Land Survey Party Chief or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction layout and utility as-builts.
- Ability to perform traditional surveys.
