About the position

We are seeking a videographer or a video team of two to capture footage at an outdoor event on Saturday, November 9, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The role involves recording various aspects of the event, including guest arrivals, interactions, entertainment, and behind-the-scenes moments, with no editing required. The captured footage will need to be delivered at the end of the event.

Responsibilities

• Capture guest arrival and interactions during the event.
• Record entertainment and host activities.
• Film behind-the-scenes moments throughout the event.
• Provide raw footage at the end of the event.

Requirements

• Experience in videography and event coverage.
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying conditions.
• Provide examples of previous work via YouTube or web links.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to provide a line item for potential editing costs.
