We're looking for someone from a customer service background with experience mitigating losses through accuracy and adherence with mortgage insurance policies and procedures, internal controls and regulatory guidelines. This person will be responsible for reviewing and decisioning workout files and providing Mortgage Insurer decision to Mortgage Servicers. They will manage all aspects of customer service to include: Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle customer requests both internal and external, and troubleshooting customer problems of varying degrees and complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
