Responsibilities

• Protect associates and assets of Ross.
• Support a safety-first culture by enforcing safety and security processes.
• Conduct safety audits and monitor for fire hazards.
• Identify and resolve safety matters affecting associate safety.
• Respond to critical incidents and make first responder decisions.
• Maintain post and monitor assigned area of responsibility.
• Conduct patrols and security audits.
• Utilize tools and technology to impact shrink.
• Promote prevention through awareness and mitigate shrink by investigating theft.
