Responsibilities
- Protect associates and assets of Ross.
- Support a safety-first culture by enforcing safety and security processes.
- Conduct safety audits and monitor for fire hazards.
- Identify and resolve safety matters affecting associate safety.
- Respond to critical incidents and make first responder decisions.
- Maintain post and monitor assigned area of responsibility.
- Conduct patrols and security audits.
- Utilize tools and technology to impact shrink.
- Promote prevention through awareness and mitigate shrink by investigating theft.
Requirements
- Previous Loss Prevention or Security Experience is required.
