About the position

The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers at LAZ Parking. This position involves greeting customers, assisting with parking needs, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The Lot Attendant is expected to embody the company's values of honesty, integrity, accountability, and teamwork while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
• Complete required paperwork and reports accurately to account for collected parking revenues.
• Assist customers in parking lanes and direct traffic as needed.
• Promote good customer relations by providing excellent service with a friendly demeanor.
• Process cash, debit, and credit card payments as applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking location, including sweeping and trash disposal.
• Report any malfunctioning parking equipment to the manager.
• Wear the correct LAZ Parking uniform and be punctual for scheduled shifts.
• Inform loiterers to leave the property or contact police if necessary.
• Ensure the safety of the location and address any hazardous conditions.
