Requirements

• Strong knowledge of service processes, including air brake systems, tire service, brake repair, and general trailer maintenance.
• Experience in trailer repair or as a service technician is highly desirable.
• Proficient in cash handling and sales techniques to effectively manage transactions and promote additional services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
