The Lounge Agent is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, making drinks, as well as serving beer, wine and other beverages. The Lounge Agent must successfully complete transactions on POS machine as well as communicate ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and other team members as necessary. The Lounge Agent must prepare food in the BOH and deliver to appropriate table. Lounge Agent must strive to provide the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times. Lounge Agents must also maintain restrooms, buss tables, wash dishes and sanitize food service areas and dining areas as necessary. Lounge Agents must perform all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
