About the position

The Low Voltage Account Manager at Systematic Technologies is responsible for driving sales of low voltage solutions, including cabling and security systems. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong background in low voltage sales to contribute to the company's growth and success. The position involves identifying new clients, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients in various industries for low voltage solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales management, project managers, and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders to expand market presence.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote low voltage solutions and establish new business relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable low voltage solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business requirements and recommending tailored low voltage solutions.
  • Manage and track sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales activity, and revenue projections.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience of account management in low voltage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of success in low voltage sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems, including low voltage cabling and security systems.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
