About the position

The Low Voltage Site Supervisor at TRL Systems, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the installation of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Burglary systems. This role involves managing a team of installers, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols, and providing training and development to team members. The supervisor will also coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of CCTV, Access Control, and Burglary security systems, identifying any potential issues.
• Provide advanced system programming and/or troubleshooting of CCTV, Access Control, and Burglary systems.
• Manage and lead a team of security system installers, providing training when needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to keep the project moving forward.
• Ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
• Train and develop your team on industry standards and products.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in security system installation.
• Ability to program CCTV systems and/or access control systems.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid California Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems and low-voltage wiring.
• Experience with specific security brands (Lenel, Honeywell, etc.).
• Punctuality and a positive attitude.
