About the position

The Loyalty & Email Marketing Manager at HF Sinclair is responsible for enhancing and managing the company's loyalty program, which includes the DINOPAY mobile app. This role focuses on developing strategies to attract and retain consumers, implementing automated email marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to create effective marketing initiatives. The position requires a strong background in marketing, particularly in loyalty programs and email marketing, to drive user engagement and program growth.

Responsibilities

  • Update and enhance the Loyalty Program with new creative structures, strategies, and offers beyond fuel.
  • Build a Loyalty Program roadmap to continuously enhance and add new capabilities to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape and update discount offerings strategically.
  • Create and launch automated email marketing campaigns to grow engagement with the brand and sales.
  • Obtain and analyze loyalty insights and data to enhance the program continuously.
  • Work with the Brand & Strategy Manager and Advertising & Media Manager to create effective integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the GM of Payments & Payment Systems and third-party vendors to update the mobile app.
  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships with external agency partners, including contracting.
  • Partner with the Marketing Team on pricing and discounting strategy.
  • Work with distributors to enhance the loyalty program.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • 3+ years managing, growing, and marketing a consumer loyalty program.
  • 3+ years creating effective and engaging email marketing campaigns.
  • End-to-end experience managing creative production execution with agencies.
  • Experience working with a top-tier customer loyalty & engagement platform and app (i.e., Punchh).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in assigned petroleum product is preferred.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and ways of working.
  • Enhancing loyalty mobile app functionalities such as gamification, contests, and 3rd-party offer development.
  • Creation and programming of Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (or similar CRM platform).
