About the position

The Loyalty Growth Manager - Credit Cards at Alaska Airlines is responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition of new Alaska Airlines Visa cardholders in the U.S. This role requires strategic development and implementation of marketing initiatives, collaboration with various internal and external partners, and management of acquisition campaigns to enhance cardholder engagement and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition in employee channels with minimal direction from leadership.
  • Partner with Bank of America, Visa, and internal teams to develop strategies for card acquisition campaigns.
  • Recommend testing strategies to improve acquisition initiatives.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns to promote credit card offers.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure account and membership goals are met while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify and test new acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage acquisition co-op budgets with banking partners to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee acquisition reporting and collaborate with analytics teams to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate development and approvals of marketing materials and training programs for employees.
  • Implement legally mandated training and reporting programs in collaboration with various departments.

Requirements

  • 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area, or 2 additional years of relevant training/experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact, omni-channel marketing programs.
  • Experience with ROI analysis in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements in a competitive environment.
  • Innovative problem solver willing to differentiate products from competitors.
  • Ability to influence and interact with all levels of management and external partners.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of credit card or loyalty program experience.
  • Experience in inflight channel.
