About the position

The Loyalty Product Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the go-to-market delivery of assigned products or portfolios within the Issuer Product Group (IPG). This role involves supporting product commercialization planning, communicating success criteria, and managing stakeholder engagement to ensure effective product delivery. The manager will implement agile processes, drive continuous improvements, and maintain comprehensive reporting tools to provide visibility into product performance and risks.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the go-to-market delivery of assigned products or portfolios.
• Supports and progresses product commercialization planning and delivery initiatives.
• Communicates and reports product delivery success criteria, scope, governance, schedule, and budget to relevant stakeholders.
• Develops reporting tools and protocols for senior leadership to identify risks and opportunities.
• Leads teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple stakeholders.
• Implements tools and processes for agile product delivery.
• Drives continuous process improvements to enhance business performance.
• Leads delivery of strategic product roadmap initiatives to achieve budgets and outcomes.
• Evaluates progress, alignment, and financial health of assigned products or portfolios.
• Reports corrective actions to maintain successful product delivery viability.
• Manages capacity planning and work intake for assigned products or portfolios.
• Maintains product delivery plans, issue lists, risk logs, and status updates.
• Assesses risks and develops mitigation strategies for successful product delivery.
• Anticipates and removes roadblocks to product delivery.
• Develops trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders to optimize product delivery.
• Improves governance policies and processes for consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field from an accredited university.
• Typically a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product delivery or consulting, preferably within the Fintech industry.
• Demonstrated track record in product development and/or management in an agile environment, preferably for cloud-based SAAS products.

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field from an accredited university.
• PgMP certification.
