Fairview Heights, IL
Ambulatory Health Care Services

About the position

Cooperative Home Care's Healthcare Staffing Division, All-Staff Nursing, is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for healthcare staffing shifts in various facilities located in Fairview Heights, Illinois, and the surrounding St. Clair/Madison Counties area. This role is ideal for those who appreciate the flexibility and variety that comes with temporary healthcare staffing. We are looking for individuals who view facility staffing as a calling rather than just a job, and who are dependable, as reporting to scheduled shifts is crucial. No-call, no-shows are unacceptable in our organization. The ideal candidates will have at least one year of prior healthcare experience and will be proactive in addressing patient care needs, rather than waiting for others to take action. We offer competitive pay that is disbursed weekly, and our friendly and helpful staff are always available to assist with any questions or issues that may arise. In addition to a flexible schedule that allows you to choose your preferred clients or float to new client shift opportunities, we provide opportunities for medical, dental, and vision insurance for those who work an average of 30 or more hours per week. Our Referral Bonus program rewards you for bringing in new talent, and we recognize your hard work through gifts, company logo swag, and monthly celebrations. At Cooperative Home Care, our culture is built on six core values: Pursue Growth, Challenge the Limits, Empower People, Commitment to Cooperative, Our Team is Our Family, and Embrace Inclusivity.
