About the position

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience working with children and families, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in individual group counseling techniques and behavioral therapy approaches.
• Strong skills in clinical research methodologies and coding for documentation purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
