The Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) position at Headway offers licensed mental health clinicians the opportunity to launch or grow their private practice with the support of a comprehensive platform. This role allows counselors to maintain a flexible schedule, manage their caseload, and provide care either in-person or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with patients.
• Provide and oversee medication management.
• Accept insurance by being credentialed with major networks.
• Handle billing and administrative paperwork through Headway.
• Maintain a flexible schedule by deciding the number of clients to see.
• Grow caseload through marketing support and patient referrals.
• Verify client insurance benefits instantly and automatically.

Requirements

• Must be a fully-licensed professional counselor at a Master's level or above.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Malpractice insurance is necessary.
