About the position

As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with Headway, you will have the opportunity to either launch a new private practice or expand your existing one. Headway is dedicated to transforming the mental healthcare system to enhance access and affordability for both clinicians and patients. We provide mental health practitioners with essential tools and resources to establish and maintain a successful private practice. This role allows you to conduct psychotherapy sessions, oversee medication management, and engage with clients in a manner that suits your professional style and personal schedule. By joining the Headway community, you will benefit from our comprehensive support system designed to streamline your practice. We handle the credentialing process with the largest insurance networks, allowing you to accept insurance without the usual hassles. Our administrative support includes managing billing and paperwork, enabling you to focus on what you do best—providing care to your clients. You will have the flexibility to determine your own schedule, deciding how many clients you wish to see through Headway, which allows for a work-life balance that suits your needs. Additionally, we assist in growing your caseload by offering marketing support and patient referrals. Our commitment extends to your patients as well, as we provide customized support to ensure a smooth process for both seeking and providing care. We verify client insurance benefits instantly and automatically, ensuring that access to care is never delayed, allowing you to see your patients with confidence. This service is provided to you completely free of charge, and you can choose to see your patients either in-person or remotely via telehealth from the comfort of your home.
