Headway is seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our community and help transform the mental healthcare system for better access and affordability. As a licensed professional counselor, you will have the opportunity to either launch a new private practice or expand your existing one with the support of Headway. We provide mental health clinicians with the necessary tools and resources to run a successful private practice, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping your patients. In this role, you will conduct psychotherapy sessions and may also oversee medication management for your clients. Whether you are new to private practice or have an established practice, Headway is here to support you in achieving your professional goals. We facilitate a hassle-free experience by credentialing you with the nation’s largest insurance networks and managing all billing and administrative paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality care. You can determine how many clients you wish to see and set your own hours, making it easier to balance your professional and personal life. Additionally, we provide marketing support and patient referrals to help you grow your caseload effectively. Our commitment to supporting both clinicians and patients includes offering customized assistance to streamline the process of seeking and providing care, ensuring that access to mental health services is never delayed. We are looking for fully-licensed professional counselors with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance. Please note that we currently cannot service mental health professionals who are not fully licensed, and applications from unlicensed individuals will be rejected until a valid license is obtained.
