Headway is seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our community and help transform the mental healthcare system for better access and affordability. As a licensed professional counselor, you will have the opportunity to either launch a new private practice or expand your existing one with the support of Headway. We provide mental health clinicians with the necessary tools and resources to run a successful private practice, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping your patients. In this role, you will conduct psychotherapy sessions and may also oversee medication management for your clients. Whether you are new to private practice or have an established practice, Headway is here to support you in achieving your professional goals. We facilitate a hassle-free experience by credentialing you with the nation’s largest insurance networks and managing all billing and administrative paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality care. One of the key benefits of joining Headway is the flexibility it offers. You can determine how many clients you see and set your own hours, making it easier to balance your professional and personal life. Additionally, we provide marketing support and patient referrals to help you grow your caseload. Our commitment to supporting both clinicians and patients includes providing customized assistance to streamline the process of seeking and providing care. We also ensure that client insurance benefits are verified instantly and automatically, so you can see your patients with confidence without delays in access to care. This position is completely remote, allowing you to work from home and see your patients either in-person or via telehealth. We accept various licenses on a state-by-state basis, including LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, and LPCC-S. If you are a fully-licensed professional counselor with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance, we encourage you to apply and join us in making a difference in the mental health field.
