Headway is seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our community of mental health clinicians. This position is ideal for those looking to launch a private practice or expand an existing one. As a part of our mission to rewire the mental healthcare system for access and affordability, we provide the necessary tools and resources to help mental health practitioners thrive in their private practices. Our support includes credentialing with the nation's largest insurance networks, handling billing and administrative paperwork, and offering marketing support and patient referrals. In this role, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and determine how many clients you wish to see through Headway. You can choose to conduct psychotherapy sessions in-person or remotely via telehealth, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. We also ensure that your patients receive customized support, streamlining the process of seeking and providing care. Our system verifies client insurance benefits instantly, ensuring that access to care is never delayed, allowing you to see your patients with confidence. To qualify for this position, you must be a fully-licensed professional counselor at a Master's level or above, possess a valid NPI number, and have malpractice insurance. Please note that we are currently unable to service mental health professionals who are not fully licensed, and applications will be rejected until a valid license is obtained.
