About the position

Headway is seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our community and support our mission of improving access and affordability in mental healthcare. As a licensed professional counselor, you will have the opportunity to either launch a new private practice or expand your existing practice with the support of Headway. We provide mental health clinicians with the necessary tools and resources to run a successful private practice, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping your patients. In this role, you will conduct psychotherapy sessions and may also oversee medication management for your clients. Requirements

• Must be a fully-licensed professional counselor at a Master's level or above
• Possess a valid NPI number
• Have malpractice insurance
• Experience in private practice is preferred but not mandatory
