Headway is seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our community and help transform the mental healthcare system for better access and affordability. As a licensed professional counselor, you will have the opportunity to either launch a new private practice or expand your existing one with the support of Headway. We provide mental health clinicians with essential tools and resources to run a successful private practice, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping your clients. In this role, you will conduct psychotherapy sessions with patients and may also oversee medication management. Whether you are new to private practice or have an established practice, Headway is here to support you in achieving your professional goals. As a fully-licensed professional counselor at a Master’s level or above, you will need to have a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance to get started. Please note that we currently only accept fully licensed mental health professionals, and applications from those who are not fully licensed will be rejected until a valid license is obtained.
