About the position

Headway is seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our community and support our mission of improving access and affordability in mental healthcare. As a licensed professional counselor, you will have the opportunity to either launch a new private practice or expand your existing practice with the support of Headway. We provide mental health clinicians with the necessary tools and resources to run a successful private practice, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping your patients. In this role, you will conduct psychotherapy sessions and may also oversee medication management for your clients. Whether you are new to private practice or have an established practice, Headway is here to assist you in achieving your professional goals. We facilitate a hassle-free experience by credentialing you with the nation’s largest insurance networks and managing all billing and administrative paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality care. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, determining how many clients you wish to see through Headway. Our marketing support and patient referral services will help you grow your caseload, ensuring that you can maintain a steady stream of clients. Additionally, we provide customized support to both clinicians and patients to streamline the process of seeking and providing care. Our system verifies client insurance benefits instantly, ensuring that access to care is never delayed, and you can see your patients with confidence. This position is completely remote, allowing you to work from home and see your patients either in-person or via telehealth. We accept various licenses on a state-by-state basis, including LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, and LPCC-S.
