Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional counseling services, per agency, state, and professional standards
• Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately
• Actively participate in staff meetings and in-service training
• Collaborate with clinical director and other staff to ensure optimal client care
• Advocate for client needs by communicating effectively with community partners

Requirements

• Completed a master's degree in mental health counseling
• Eligible to become LPCA or Independent license in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Strong commitment to serving others with a deep sense of personal and professional integrity
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Successful completion of a criminal background check

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and strong written and oral communication
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience or interest in Play Therapy, Expressive Therapies, EMDR, Autism, or ADHD
