About the position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to an elementary school student in Lansdale, PA. This role involves assisting with various medical needs, including feeding tube management and mobility support, ensuring the student's health and safety throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nursing care for an elementary school student.
- Assist with feeding tube management and bathroom assistance.
- Support the student with mobility as they are wheelchair bound and at risk of falls.
Requirements
- Valid PA LPN license is required.
- Experience working in a pediatric, school, or homecare setting is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- 1 year of pediatric nursing experience is preferred.
- 1 year of home care experience is preferred.
