About The Position
Vancrest of Eaton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the 2nd shift, which runs from 2pm to 10pm. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where you can make a significant difference in the lives of our residents. As an LPN, you will be responsible for implementing resident care plans, performing direct nursing services, and assisting in various assessments and evaluations. Your role will also involve delegating appropriate components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision as needed, and consulting with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents. In this position, you will be expected to record pertinent information in patient records, identify and evaluate residents' responses to health problems and treatments, and communicate effectively with other team members regarding residents' care needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for your professional growth and development, ensuring that you stay current with best practices in nursing care.
