The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Solantra Health is a temporary role focused on providing essential care to patients within skilled nursing facilities. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Director of Nursing, ensuring that patient care is delivered effectively while adhering to the standards set by the North Carolina State Board of Nursing. This role is crucial in addressing staffing shortages and maintaining high-quality care in the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients within the scope of practice as defined by the NC State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and charts.
- Follow detailed oral and written instructions.
- Adapt to changing workloads and interruptions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid North Carolina State LPN license.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Flu Vaccine results.
- TB test results.
- Covid card or exemption.
- Health Physical.
- Consent to and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
Nice-to-haves
