The Admission/Marketing/Medical Records Coordinator at Bourbon Heights Inc. is responsible for managing admissions, fostering relationships with referral sources, and promoting the facility within the community. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all admissions and establish ongoing relationships with referral sources.
  • Responsible for census development and growth.
  • Deliver census reports to pertinent personnel.
  • Review new referrals and new admissions paperwork.
  • Complete admission paperwork and maintain the facility's intake waiting list.
  • Market the facility in the community and give tours to prospective residents and families.
  • Coordinate advertising/marketing endeavors, tracking and analyzing their impact.
  • Institute public relations strategies to enhance the facility's public image.
  • Maintain active status with the facility credentialing vendor.
  • Assist in coordinating the facility's services and activities with department directors.
  • Participate in all facility surveys and assist in submitting written reports to the Administrator.
  • Execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  • Participate in facility promotion at community events.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in facility committees and audits as needed.
  • Assist with gathering, assembling, organizing, and compiling resident records.

Requirements

  • Hold an active LPN license in Kentucky.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Flexibility with hours to accommodate admissions.
  • Demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills to work well within a team environment.
