The starting wage for this position is $28/hour, with credit for experience, and a $3,000 bonus that will be paid out at 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of employment. As an LPN, you will use your caring nursing skills to play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will actively impact resident-centered care plans while ensuring that customer service is at the forefront of every interaction. Imagine the smile on the face of the resident when you help them achieve their best. The schedule for this position is part-time, working from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with a holiday rotation and the ability to pick up additional shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of resident-centered care plans.
  • Ensure customer service is prioritized in every interaction with residents.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings.

Requirements

  • Current nursing license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience in assisted living or a similar facility (preferred).
