About the position
Provide primary health care services to patient under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider. Assist with various procedures. Assure that provider's patient schedule flows smoothly and efficiently. Other duties as assigned.

- Provide primary health care services to patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider.
- Assist with various procedures.
- Ensure that the provider's patient schedule flows smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Six months to one year of related clinical experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
- Current LPN licensure by the state of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
