Responsibilities
- Advocate on behalf of the individuals served.
- Monitor and develop health care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
- Assist in admitting, transferring, and discharging individuals.
- Recognize and interpret symptoms, assessing medical needs and obtaining appropriate care.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Iowa LPN License.
- Experience in developing and reviewing care plans.
