Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits at least every 45 days for individualized assessments.
- Be available on call as required by regulatory standards or have a qualified alternate delegating nurse available on call.
- Provide appropriate delegation of nursing tasks.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Experience in assisted living or memory care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
