About the position
The Long Term Care LPN position at Cambay Healthcare LLC involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. The role requires collaboration with healthcare team members and maintaining a patient ratio of 1:15-25. This is a contract position with a flexible schedule of 4x12-hour or 3x12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:15-25.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Float between similar units or facilities as needed.
- Adhere to vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 and flu vaccines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care.
- BCLS Certification required.
- LVN license required.
- LPN license preferred.
