About the position

The LPN Nurse Residency Program at BAYADA is designed for new graduate nurses to develop their skills in a supportive environment. This part-time position offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training to ensure nurses are confident and competent in their roles. The program is unique as it is the only paid residency program in home care accredited by the ANCC, focusing on quality care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a home health setting.
• Participate in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Utilize electronic charting using AlayaCare.
• Collaborate with clinical managers for skill development and support.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania.
• Recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply.
