About the position
The LPN or RN position at Southern Health Partners is a part-time role focused on providing patient care in a correctional facility. Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care and evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients.
- Chart results and establish nursing plans within the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines.
- Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations.
- Follow through with established treatment plans.
- Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in South Carolina.
- Ability to work every other Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in correctional or similar environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with online scheduling systems.
- Knowledge of correctional healthcare regulations.
