About the position

The LPN - Personal Care position at Asbury Communities offers a full-time opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses to provide essential care in a supportive and inclusive environment. Responsibilities

• Chart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect resident care.
• Prepare and administer medications/treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Ensure drug & narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift.
• Notify nurse manager of discrepancies in drug & narcotic records.
• Assist the LPN Supervisor with completion of documentation as required by the Department of Human Services, PA 2600.
• Assist the Personal Care team to identify the physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity needs of residents.

Requirements

• Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
