About the position
We are urgently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide essential nursing care to clients and families. This role offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. You will be matched with clients whose needs align with your strengths, ensuring optimal care and job satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive, Professional attitude.
Nice-to-haves
- No Pediatric or Private Duty Nursing experience required!
