About the position
Florence Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Florence, Alabama is actively seeking a diligent RN/LPN to provide excellent patient care! This nursing position earns competitive pay, based on experience. Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and the best nursing practices for patients.
- Assist unit managers and charge nurses.
- Evaluate overall performance or complete other appropriate evaluation summaries.
- Assess residents and make daily rounds.
- Delegate work assignments and instruct coworkers.
- Make recommendations and perform needed treatments on patients.
- Assist with scheduling and make suggestions for hiring, disciplining, and evaluating staff.
- Help with budgets and maintain open communication.
- Ensure safety and meet the best care objectives.
Requirements
- A registered nurse with a current AL license, with no restrictions.
- Long term care (LTC) experience.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
