About the position

Florence Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Florence, Alabama is actively seeking a diligent RN/LPN to provide excellent patient care! This nursing position earns competitive pay, based on experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide quality care and the best nursing practices for patients.
  • Assist unit managers and charge nurses.
  • Evaluate overall performance or complete other appropriate evaluation summaries.
  • Assess residents and make daily rounds.
  • Delegate work assignments and instruct coworkers.
  • Make recommendations and perform needed treatments on patients.
  • Assist with scheduling and make suggestions for hiring, disciplining, and evaluating staff.
  • Help with budgets and maintain open communication.
  • Ensure safety and meet the best care objectives.

Requirements

  • A registered nurse with a current AL license, with no restrictions.
  • Long term care (LTC) experience.
  • Computer skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
